how do i set up cc automatically on outlook 2002?

I would like to set up an automatic cc into a specific mailbox for all
incoming and outgoing messages in outlook of different client machines or
different windows log on username. This is to help me monitor all inbound
and outbound messages. Thank you for your help.

There isn't any really easy way to do that unless you have an Exchange
server -- in which case it's only mildly difficult. In any event it's a lot
easier to do this kind of thing at the server side. Do you have an
anti-spam gateway? Some of those provide this kind of capability.

Otherwise I guess you'd have to set up Rules in each profile to
automatically forward copies of the messages which may not work all that
great, actually.

Are you monitoring these e-mails for a particular purpose? Obviously the
people you're monitoring know you're monitoring them.
