How do I set up and start Microsoft Office Access 2003?

In the toolbar above, I can not asset other links everything at the top is
black or blocked so I can not get to it. I don't know if this help with
explaining my problem or not.

No, it does not, not a bit. "the toolbar above" is, for me, the Agent
newsreader message composition toolbar; the word "asset" is not a
verb; "everything at the top" is again meaningful only if someone is
looking at your computer screen, which I'm not.

Please step back, breathe deeply, and explain - IN WORDS, not images -
a) what you are trying to accomplish; b) what you have tried to do to
accomplish it; and c) what result you have obtained.

To start Microsoft Access, after it has been installed from the Office
Pro or Access CD's, you simply select Start... All Programs... and
click the Access icon (which might have been put into the Office
folder, depending on your choices in the installation). As for what to
do then, it depends on what you want to do; selecting "New Access
Database" is one option.
