How do I set up an unread mail folder in microsoft outlook?

I used to have an unread mail folder in microsoft outlook. I do not know how
it was made, and now it is not there, and I do not know how to get it back.

Does anyone know anything about an unread mail folder?
 
If this is Outlook 2003, scroll down until you see the Search Folders folder
near the bottom. You can either use one of the folders there or right-click
on Search Folders and choose New Search Folder.
