How do I set up a shared calendar in Outlook?

We have a small network with three computers here in the office. I'm trying
to set up a shared Calendar between myself and the scheduling coordinator.
When I click on "open a chared calendar" button and click on his name it says
"your profile does not support this operation." How do open one? Any help
would be much appreciated.
