How do I set up a private session with a webcam?

I want to be able to use my webcam to talk to my daughter stationed in Italy.
She has a webcam also. How do I go about doing this?
 
Outlook doesn't have any webcam functions; you might want to try using MSN
Messenger for this. http://messenger.msn.com/
