How do I set up a new calendar design in Outlook?

I am trying to design a new calendar and wondered if there is any way to
manipulate the way the calendar is designed. I would like to have a total of
three columns: the first column should show the current week, the next
column should show the next week and the last column should show the
following two weeks.

I have our tech support currently doing research, and wondered if there was
anyone out there that already has the answer to my question.

No, you can't change it.
