How do I set up a message to always include a boilerplate message

Microsoft Office Outlook. How do I incorporate text of specific legal
verbiage into every outgoing message. Can I set up Outlook to do that
automatically?
 
One option to do this is to include the specific Legal Verbiage as a part of
the Signature.

Make sure that the same signature is set for all new mesages as well as
replies and forwards. This should help you out!

You can use the signature protocol. Make your boilerplate the
"signature" aqnd it will be included in eery sent email under that
account.
