how do i set up a drop down list in word 2007?

1. If not already showing, show the Developer tab. Office Button>Word
Options>Popular>Show the Developer tab in the Ribbon.

2. In the Controls group click on the drop-down list (bottom left corner).

3. Select it and then click Controls>Properties.

4. Add the list items.
