How do I set up a distribution list using categories and not the .

I would like to setup a distribution list but as I have over 1200 contacts I
would like to select the email addresses from the relevant categories setup
in my address book. Help!
 
State your request more accurately. Include your Outlook version.
The Outlook Address Book does not support categories.
