how do I set to English UK Dictionary

I want to set my default dictionary to UK English. Please help. I want colour
NOTcolor

Choose Tools>Language>Set Language. Select UK English in the list.
Click the Default button, and then click Close.

To add to Stephan's reply: make sure that your keyboard setting (in Control
Panel) is set to English UK otherwise Office will keep reverting to match
the keyboard setup.
