How do I set the paste option defaults to "Keep source formatting.

When pasting slides, PowerPoint 2003 keeps reformatting them to the new
design template formatting. I have to click on the paste option to select
"Keep source formatting." I find this annoying since I have a large # of
slides in libraries to pull from and would like to set the default to Keep
source formatting.

It's a little easier if you Insert, Slides from Files. You can select
multiple slides and only have to check the Keep Source formatting box once.

Unfortunately, you cannot set the default behavior of the paste action.
Glenna's suggestion may help you work around it, though.
