how do I set the directory to a certain default?

Open Directory Default?

I am trying to set my "Open" to where it opens in a certain directory of
files. How do I do that?
 
The default document folder is set at tools > options > file locations >
documents (Word 2007 - Word Options > Advanced > File Locations). This is
the folder that will be used when you first start Word. After that Word
defaults to the last used folder.
