How do I set the default sending address

I have several email accounts and would like to know how
to set Outlook 2003 so that when I click NEW (for a new
message) it will send from a specific account (the same
one)each and every time I send mail?

Tools-email accounts...-view or change existing email accounts-select
account-set as default?
