How do I set rules for automatically deleting blank emails?

Lately I've been getting these blank emails . . . no subject, no content, and
no sender listed . . . and can't seem to figure out how to create rules to
automatically delete them immediately as I receive them. I am using
Microsoft Outlook, not Outlook Express. Can anyone help?
