How do I set rule to eliminate duplicate incoming messages

I'm receiving multiple copies of the same incoming email. How do I fix this
problem?

better to find out why you're receiving dups...how is your Outlook profile
configured? if you look at the header information, do they actually have
the same message ID? do you receive dups of every message, or just some?
