How do I set my sent folder pane to show who I sent the e-mail to

When I click on the "sent" folder it shows my name instead of who I sent it
to. Is there anyway to show the e-mailee's name for each heading like in the
deleted items folder?

You can change which fields you want to see by right-clicking the title line
above your messages. Add "to" (and remove "from") and you're done
