how do I set my outlook to store the data on my hard drive and not a mail
server. I just got my pc reimaged and had no problems before storing mail
data. I was never sure if it was storing on my pc or the server. Now the
admin folks are sending me emails stating I must reduce my mail. I would
prefer to store it on my hard drive and not on their server to overcome their
storage parameters.

Version of Outlook? Type of mail account?

An Exchange account will store messages on the server. To change this create
a new pst-file by File-> New-> Outlook Data File... and set it as your
default delivery location by Tools-> E-mail Accounts-> button Next

Roady,

folders in place on my hard drive.. .pst file right? do I just copy it
over to a personal folder as well and delete the other .pst folder where it
is at now? Kidavis7
