How do I set custom journal entry types?

Afer reinstalling Microsoft Office my Outlook Journal entry types are
limited. How do I get my entry type list back (e.g. meeting, phone call,
task, etc.)? Currently I'm limited to Word, Excell, Access, Powerpoint or
phone call.

The knowledge base article doesn't address the question. In Outlook 2003 I
used to have a drop down list of entry types (eg. meeting, task, phone call,
etc). After re-installing Outlook 2003 those options are not available any
more. I'm wondering why they disappeared?
