how do I set a new email

I am trying to change my email from yahoo to outlook so I can email items
from excel but i cant get it to send.
 
Do you have a paid Yahoo account? You can't use Outlook with Yahoo mail
unless you've got a Yahoo Plus mail account (I think that's what they're
called).
