How do I set a date control inside a text box?

I have inserted a text box in a document and I just want to be able to set
restrictions on the way a user can enter a date into the text box. I just
can't seem to find it anywhere in the Help function. Thanks.
 
If you are using text form fields, you can specify a date format in the Text
Form Field Options dialog box.
