Outlook 2003. I have created a simple 3 line view which incorporates 'to'
field. I file emails in subject folders and so I can easily see all emails -
who from, to and subject. I am sure it's simple but how do I easily set this
view for ALL folders and sub folders. Pls tell me I don't have to set each
of my 300 or so folders individually!
Thanks,in advance.

Thank you Diane. I still struggled a bit but got there. One of the keys is
to uncheck 'the automatically group by' BEFORE making the changes to the
Messages view.
