Check with your ISP. They may offer this option for you.
Be advised that if you were to setup an auto-reply routine on your home
computer, it would have to be running 24/7 while you were gone and there's a
good likelihood that it would be validating your address to any spammers that
got through to your system in your absence.
It's best to turn on the auto response on the server, rather than on your
PC.
Most email servers have webmail access, where you can activate an auto
reply.
