How do I send to more than one contact in succession

I would like to send an e-mail that requires a 'e' signature and then
forwarded to the next on the contact list for their 'e' signature and so on.

Outlook itself doesn't have that ability. Perhaps there are WIndows add-ins
that can peovide it, but I don't know of any.
 
Are you using exchange server or sharepoint server? if so, ask your admin
about workflow, otherwise, I'm not aware of any way to do this if you aren't
on exchange.
