How do I send the same message to a group from my inbox?

I advertise jobs online and receive all the responses in my inbox, which I
then move to a folder and categorise. I want to be able to send the "no"
responses to everyone in that category at the same time, rather than having
to send them all individually. Contact manager is not applicable here because
these are people I won't contact again.

Create a rule to send a reply using a template then use Run Rules now on the
folder (after removing those who get Yes or Maybe responses )
