how do I send an email to all the addresses in my inbox?

I want to send one message to all the people who have ever sent me a message
(they are all in my inbox). is there a easy way to do this? I dont want to
have to add them to contacts list one by one.

You can certainly e-mail everyone in your address book, by clicking 'To', and
Shift-Click selecting the whole list. This will add them to your To box, or
your BCC box if you don't want to broadcast the list.
You cannot send to all your 'sendees' unless you've added them to your
address book, or contact list.
If this is a one-off send, you could create a new list and right-click 'Add
to Contact' to populate the list - something you indicated you do not want to
do. I don't believe there's a list of senders apart from your address book or
contact list.

You'll need a third-party tool to extract all the addresses if you don't
have these people in your Contacts folder. Start here:
