How do I send new Emails to a Network Share?

I am wondering how I can set up a task to save my emails to a network share.
I do not want to save all my emails, just ones from a certain group. I also
do not want them to be saved on the Exchange Server. I want to be able to set
up a policy that takes all emails from a certain person, and forwards them to
a Network Folder on a sepperate Server from the Exchange Server.

You can't. What you can do is create a pst-file (File-> New-> Outlook Data
File...) and then have your messages move to that file by using Wizard Rules
