How do I send form data to multiple email recepients?

I am trying to create a form in FP 2003 that not only sends the results to
more than one email recepient, but also customizes who the recepients are by
what the visitor answers on the form. Any ideas?
 
No possible w/ the std Forms handler
- requires server side scripting (PHP/CGI/ASP)
