How do I send entire Outlook INBOX email file to another LAN pc...

Can the file be transferred using MS XP software (if so, how?) or do I need
further software like MS Exchange or similar?
 
Microsoft Outlook stores email, calendar, tasks, contacts, .etc in a file
with a PST file extension. If you decide to transport this file via CDR/RW,
make sure that it burns to the CD and a speed no faster than 4x. (PST files
can corrupted or be unreadable when burned faster than this.)
