How do I send an Outlook folder (mine) in an e-mail message?

I can drag the folder to my e-mail, and a hyperlink is inserted in the
e-mail. However, the e-mail recipient can't open it. Another user in our
company, doing the same thing to "insert" a folder into an e-mail, has her
folder attached as an .xnk file, and it can be opened fine.

Help!

Open a new PST with FIle>New>Outlook Data File. Copy your folder to the
that PST (right-click-drag-and-drop>Copy). Close the PST
(right-click>Close), stop Outlook. Zip the new PST or rename its extension
to somethign else, like .psx. Open Outlook, compose a new message, and
attach the PST to the message. The recipient can save the attachment, unzip
it if you zipped it or rename it if you didn't, and open it in Outlook with
File>Open>Outlook Data File. If you both have the same version or if you
have Outlook 97-2002, there should be no compatibility problem.
