How do I send an e-mail with text effects/animations?

Hi,

Using Outlook 2003, I add a text effect (las vegas lights, for
example) by going into Format -Font - Text Effects. When the e-mail is
sent across our network, to another Outlook 2003 user, the animation
does not appear.

Any ideas?

Many thanks,

May I be so bold as to ask why you would want to do that to your innocent
recipients? If they have their systems properly (safely) configured, they
won't see it anyway and it adds no information to your messages and isn't
that the goal of email - conveying information?
