How do I send addresses from outlook to my Ipod?

I just bought an apple Ipod, and I'd love to transfer my contacts list to it,
but I cannot figure out how to do it, can anyone help? sincerely, frustrated.

Have you asked Apple support? It is up to them to provide the migration
paths for various files from their applications to the iPOD.
