how do i send a word outline to power (2007)

You're going to have to give us more details. What do you mean by "power"?

Save your document in Word 2007.

Start PowerPoint, go to the Open dialog, and use the button to the right of
the "File name:" field to select "All Outlines (...)". Now select the saved
Word document and open it. Powerpoint will do the conversion for you.
