How do I capture a screen shot and send it thru Outlook?

How do I capture a screen shot and send it thru Outlook?

In WIndows XP, PrintScreen captures the entire screen and Alt-PrintScreen
captures the active window. You can then Save As a Clipboard file and use
an image converter like http://www.irfanview.com/ to convert that clipboard
image to a JPEG or GIF, which you can send as an attachment.
