How do I send a Read Receipt if I originally said No?

How do I send a Read Receipt if I originally said No to the automatic reply.
I do not want to create a new outbound email from scratch. Thank you.
 
You can't... at least not easily. The receipt only fires off once, when you
mark it as read. If you muck around with OutlookSpy you can enable it again,
or if you leave a copy on the server, you can force Outlook to download
another copy and ok that one.
