how do i send 1 email to many people

i have set up a group that i want to email to it has about 40 people in it
but although my outlook says item sent and lists all the people it says it
has been sent to no one ever recieves my email help!!!

If you don't receive bounced messages from the server, your
ISP may have a limit on the number that can be sent in one
distribution, say 25.
