How do I selectively merge document changes from several people?

I want several people to review a Word document, return their versions to me
and then selectively merge the results.

I cannot use the Send for Review option as it doesn't function correctly in
our Domino environment.

What other methods are there for achieving this result?

Send each person a copy of the document.

When those come back, use Tools/Merge Documents against a copy of your original
(keep that in a safe place). That should display the differences between the
two documents as tracked changes. Accept or reject all the changes, save the
result, close it.

repeat the process against that result (or another copy of the original) with
the next document to come back.
