how do i see the full view of my form in form view?

When I am in form view, I can only see the full view of the header and
footer. The detail part of the form does not show much (1") and I have to
scroll and scroll to see the rest of the form. How can I get it so I can see
the whole view of the form in form view.

Make the form Footer and header smaller, so you'll get more space for the
detail section.
The form header and footer gets the first priority in the form size.
