Detail Area viewing position

If I have a form that has a Form Header and Footer and the detail area is
meant to be scrolled through.... How do I force the detail area to "on Open"
start at the fields at the top of the detail area.

Sample Form Specs:
Total Form: 14 inches
Form Header: 2 inches
Form Footer: 2 inches
Form Detail Area: 10 inches
Total Screen Viewing Area: 7 inches

Some times the form opens and the detail area that shows is lets say inches
4-6 instead of inches 1-3. Is there a way to force the position "on Open"
for the detail area?

Two things I would suggest.

First, make sure that the Auto Resize property of your form is set to no.
This will force the form to stay the size you design it to be.

Next, make sure that you set the tab order of the details section of your
form and have the first control that you want to have the focus be the first
control in the tab order.
