how do i secure an imgae from being downloaded using front page?

I am using Front Page 2002 to design a web site. There are images that will
be posted to the site that the owners would like to make it impossible to
download the images once the site is posted? Can this be done using Front
Page? Or is there another way/method to secure these images.

To secure the image means not putting the image on the internet. You don't need FrontPage to grab
the image you can use any browser, screen capture app, etc.

I have seen sites that if you try to save an image posted to the site it is
not allowed. I realize that to truly secure the image means not putting it
on the net, but the intent here is that if a viewer attempts to save that
image by right clicking on the image, he/she would not have the option of
saving. How is this done?

Google for "no right click javascript"

However, it's a waste of time and effort and doesn't stop people from saving the image.

Once viewed in the browser, it is already in the visitors temporary internet files.

Don't waste your time. It's so easy to get around - and besides, the ones
you flummox with it are not the ones you worry about....

Beware solutions that disable the browser right-click options. I use
mouse gestures and other custom right click gestures on a routine
basis. It really ticks me off when I go to use my browser in a
perfectly legitimate way and instead of it working I get a message that
says "don't steal my images". I'll make a deal with you--don't break my
browser and I won't steal your images.

Seriously--the solution is to use low-resolution and watermarked images
that people wouldn't want to steal anyway, or just live with the
problem. If you're really intent on doing *something* you could try a
clever trick my friend uses. He places his photos as the background of
a cell with a transparent gif above them as the cell content. If you
right-click and save the image all you get is the transparent image.
Millions of ways around it but no scripts or browser-breaking involved.
