How do I search all Personal sub-folders within a .pst?

We're trying to do a search of all folders including personal folders within
Outlook 2003 for a specific item but when you go to 'Search in.... All
folders' it doesn't search the .pst. As we've got multiple mail boxes to do
this on can anyone recommend the best way to do this please?

Hi DianeB,

the search function of Outlook can only search in one "store".

You will need additional software for this function. For Outlook 2003 I
would try "LookOut" (freeware):

You can also try Windows Desktop Search
http://www.microsoft.com/windows/products/winfamily/desktopsearch/default.mspx

It indexes everything you specify on your pc, including e-mail or files.
Instantly finds a keyword when I search for it. Also A VERY GOOD
replacement for the standard Windows Search.

Advanced Find can search subfolders, but the regular Find (Look for...
Search In...) cannot.
