How do I schedule email alerts to an email group?

I need to notify my staff when they have to run fire drills, bomb threat
drills, etc. throughout the year. Can I set up scheduled email reminders in
advance?

Aloha Kate,

What version of Outlook are you using? In regular Outlook (not Outlook Express)
you can create an e-mail and set the "Do Not Deliver Before" option to when
you want it to be sent.

Please try our email scheduler (http://www.lbetoolbox.com/scheduleemail.htm)
which will allow you to send multiple individual emails, either as a one-off
or regularly at a specified time and interval. Outlook is not required
