How do I save Outlook to disk so I can transport it?

How do I save Outlook to disk so I can open it on another compute.r (i.e.
between Home/Office)?
 
Dear PJPolke,

at first some informations about "Where do you find these PST files?
(Outlook save all informaztion in PST file)

close Outlook, search for the PST file on your harddisk. Save it on the cd,
copy the PST on the other computer, deactivate the "read only flag" of the
PST file after you saved it on the other computer, open this Outlook. Go in
the menu under "File/open/Outlook datafiles" and open the additional PST.

I prefer at first to read the slipstick website because you will get a lot
of additional helpfull information.
