How Do I Save an Excel Sheet on Internet Explorer?

There is an excel sheet on my webpage, and I want it so the user ca
save once they are done using the form, however...

When the user tries to save, a box pops up saying "This sheet i
readonly." How can I overcome this

Your Internet provider must have Frontpage Server extensions running on the server
if you want that.
