How do I save an outlook email (with attachments at times) on to my hard
drive as a file. Doing a drag and drop does not give me sender name in the
column view. I have to open each email to know the sender. Is there a way to
have the sender name in one of the columns so it can be sorted by sender.
Please advise. Thank you.

Your Windows file system has no ability to see inside the message file and
therefore has no way to determine the value or relevance of any data within
the file. Moreover, Windows Explorer is not a mail application and can't
present you with such a column.
