How do I save all the info in my vcard to Outlook 2003?

I have some vcards I recieve from my business but when I save them the
information in the "Comments" box is deleted. The way I tried saving them is
by opening the vcard from an e-mail attachment and click on "save and close"
button. This automatically saves my vcard but the comments are not there
which is vital information for me. The other method I tried was by going to
"file" > import/export > vcard...this imports my vcard but the comments are
still erased.

Open the .vcf file. Select and copy the body of the item (the notes). Click Save and Close. Open the saved contact, paste in the notes, then save again.

It might be interesting to know what build of Outlook 2003 you're using. Check Help | About Microsoft Outlook.

I updated the software today to 11.8010.8028 SP2 and I still have the same
issue. I want to prevent from copying and pasting since I recieve many
v-cards.

It's a bug. You need to use the workaround I suggested.

I'm stuck with a flawed program!!! argh!!! lol well...I really need this bug
fixed. How can it be fixed and when will it be fixed? I really can't be
using that workaround all the time because it is too time consuming. I
recieve way to many Vcards. So the bug is in both versions of Outlook that I
ried it in?

Only Microsoft can answer those questions. If you have a retail copy, you can file a support incident at http://support.microsoft.com
