If the pictures take up the whole slide, open your presentation in "Edit"
mode, go to the desired slide. Click "File", "Save as", change the "Save as
type" dropdown box to "JPEG", then save just that slide or the entire
presentation. PowerPoint will save them in the folder you want and give
them sequential JPEG file names.
