How do I save a photo gallery I made using Frontpage?

I added a gallery to an HTML page and now its not letting me save. It says
"To save this page and photo gallery, open a Frontpage based web site, and
save the page to that site." But i dont really understand how to save it and
get it onto my server.

Do exactly what that says ... open a web first so that the gallery is part
of the site and not just a 'stand-alone" set of files.
