How do I save a macro that is accessible to all on our company ser

I am trying to set up macros for everyone in our office to be able to use and
I can't seem to get them "across" to others. The macros I am recording are
only accessible to me on my computer and the macros that the front
secretaries are recording are only accessible to their computer. Is there a
way to set this so that all can see and run them?
