I am trying to save files from my hard-drive onto a cd. I am getting
messages stating "Incorrect Function", and "You do not have access to the
folder F:\'.see your
administrator for access to this folder" I am at home and do not have an
administrator?

The messages are misleading, but the answer is that you can't save
directly from Word onto a CD. Save the document to the hard drive and
then use your CD burning software to copy it to the CD.

Similarly, you shouldn't try to open a Word document directly from a
CD. Always copy it to the hard drive and work on it there.

The reason has to do with the way Word uses temporary files, which
must be in the same folder as the document.
