How do I save a copy of Outlook 2003 Calendar to a CD or floppy

I want to burn a copy of my MS Office Outlook 2003 Calendar to a CD as a
back-up copy. Can this be done? and, if so, HOW?
 
Export your calendar to a .pst file and copy it to the CD after closing
Outlook.
